If you have played the old civilization you might instantly feel nostalgic when you hear that they've made a new one. Is the new Civilization anything to look into or is it just something that is better kept in the past? If you loved the old ones you will love this one, enough has changed to keep it very interesting and it is still as addictive as ever. With that being said it won't attract anyone outside the genre and many people will still consider this game to be one of the most boring games ever made. The visuals have barely any new advances and the gameplay is hit or miss from person to person.

It is a game that takes a lot of your time you will find that you need to keep playing it, and you will soon realize that 5 hours has passed and you're not even done yet. It is definitely a great game and more than worthy sequel, but nothing new to the skeptical people of the genre.
